Located in Johnstown, PA., the Fisher Widmann Flick Insurance Agency (F.W.F Insurance) has operated and sold personal and commercial insurance to both municipalities and individuals across central Pennsylvania since 1983.

The result of a merger between the Fisher Agency and the Widmann Fronheiser Insurance Agency, business has expanded rapidly at the F.W.F. over the years. Currently, F.W.F insures over 200 municipalities and fire companies and over 2,000 other customers throughout the area. F.W.F is rated as one of the largest insurance agencies in the tri-county, doing approximately $11 million in business annually.

F.W.F is a unique business in that it offers a wide range of insurance for both commercial and personal uses. F.W.F. insures municipalities, townships, and boroughs, while also providing property insurance, home insurance, healthcare and health insurance, and auto insurance, just to name a small sampling of its services. Other agencies in the state of Pennsylvania frequently come to F.W.F. for service offerings. Its staff of eight people represents a total of 15 major insurance companies, ensuring that any necessary commercial and personal insurance needs are covered.

F.W.F. has prepared to take its services one step further and partnered with Safeco Insurance, a Liberty Mutual-owned company. Liberty Mutual Insurance ranks on the Fortune 100 list of the largest U.S. corporations. The company has financial strength ratings of A (Excellent) from the A.M. Best Company, A2 (Good) from Moody’s Investors Service, and A- (Strong) from Standard & Poor’s.

Safeco has been protecting individuals and families with personal insurance coverage since 1923, and currently offers auto, home, boat, motorcycle and RV insurance. Safeco is well known for offering customizable, comprehensible insurance packages, and for providing thorough coverage. Safeco also makes it a point to partner with independent agents who live and work in local communities, ensuring that people can work with local experts when purchasing, using or changing their insurance.
